Delivery time will be within 24 to 72 hours in France and may take a few days for overseas orders. All orders passes before 12 h will be treated the same day. Your order will be sent as soon as we receive your payment. You will be informed by e.mail exactly which stage your order is up to.
2 Delivery point
We work with the French postal services. You will receive an email as soon as your delivery is sent to the delivery point of your choice. You may also send directly to a friend or to your holiday place.
If you are absent, your parcel will stay at the post office for 15 days where you can pick it up at your convenience. The postal services will leave you a note indicating that your parcel has arrived.
Simply by e.mail, we can give you the number of your parcel.
Concerning parcels lost in the post, we will replace lost items after the official declaration from the postal services which takes 21 days. When we have this, we will send a new parcel immediately
We cannot take the responsibility for parcels arriving late in the case of a postal strike.
3 Delivery and transport
We deliver in the whole of France and to almost any place in the world. By clicking on ‘ My account and then ‘ My address book’ you can work with up to 3 different delivery adresses by which you can send each order to the person or place of your choice. ( To a friend or on holiday for example ).
4 Delivery charges
This will depend on the weight of your parcel and the type of delivery you choose. See more about this on the ‘Delivery and transport page’.
5 Progress of your order
We will automatically send you an e.mail at each stage of your delivery enabling you to follow your order ‘live’. You may also see exactly where your delivery is up to at any time on line. Simply click on ‘My account’ and put in your identity code. You may then look at any of your orders on the list to have an up to date report of the progress of your order instantly on your screen !

6 Returned items
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, you may retun them to us and we will reimburse you. For this you only need to let us know within 15 days after receiving your order* by telephoning us on + 33 (0)5 49 21 08 28 between Tuesday and Sateday from 10am to 6pm. As soon as we receive your call we will send to you by e;mail the returned goods code for your order and the address where to send it. Do not forget to put the returned goods code on the order sent back. On reception of the goods you will be reimbursed by check at the address where the bill was sent. ATTENTION* Only unopened goods in their original wrapping not past their sell by date and suitable for resale may be returned. Items must by correctly wrapped to send by post, see legacy article 16 in the ‘General Sales Conditions ‘ for more details. Buyers have the benefit of 7 days from the delivery date to send the order back to be either reimbursed or to have the order replaced.
